About the Role
Join our Estate Services Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and become part of the Caretaking Operational Support Service, a key function dedicated to delivering a responsive, customer-focused service for our residents. In this role, you will work as part of a team providing a high standard of minor repairs in communal areas within our blocks and estates. You will also undertake pre-planned projects including painting, grounds work, and general scheme improvements. Your responsibilities will include liaising directly with L&Q staff, residents, and contractors while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and security. You will be accountable for the vehicle, tools, and equipment provided to you. This role requires a mobile operative with a full manual UK driving licence.

Experience
Trade skills, DIY, or gardening experience is essential. Ability to identify health and safety risks and carry out a variety of communal repair jobs.
