About the Role
As Head of Oracle Cloud ERP, you will lead and manage the internal Oracle Support Team, ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of the Oracle system across the Council. You will be responsible for supplier management, timely resolution of system defects, and the coordination, progression, and delivery of approved change requests. You will chair the Oracle Change Advisory Board and manage the budget related to Oracle services. Acting as the main contact for internal stakeholders, you will ensure that controls and governance are maintained by the Support Team, wider Council Oracle users, and third-party support partners. Additionally, you will support the Council in identifying changes that drive both monetary and non-monetary savings, contributing to the borough’s ambition to be digitally driven and commercially minded.

Experience
Minimum 5 years supporting Oracle Fusion, including modules such as HCM, ERP, Talent, Learn, Projects, Risk Management, and EPM. Strong experience working across digital products, services, and technology teams to deliver user-focused outcomes. Knowledge of the ITIL framework is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant experience and proven track record in Oracle Cloud ERP support and management. Formal qualifications are not specified but a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and ITIL practices is required.
