About the Role
Join the London Borough of Waltham Forest, a vibrant and ambitious council driven by culture, creativity, and innovation. As Head of Oracle Cloud ERP, you will lead and manage the internal Oracle Support Team, ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of the Oracle system. You will be responsible for supplier management, timely resolution of system defects, and the coordination, progression, and delivery of approved change requests. Chairing the Oracle Change Advisory Board and managing the budget will be key aspects of your role. You will act as the main contact for internal stakeholders and ensure that controls and governance are rigorously followed by the Support Team, wider Council Oracle users, and third-party partners. Additionally, you will support the Council in identifying changes that drive both monetary and non-monetary savings, contributing to the continuous improvement of digital services across the organisation.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting Oracle Fusion, including modules such as HCM, ERP, Talent, Learn, Projects, Risk Management, and EPM
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Proven experience working across digital products, services, and technology teams to deliver user-focused outcomes

Qualifications
