This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation as a Health and Wellbeing Nurse for our Harrow service. You will step into a role where your compassion and clinical skills truly change lives. You’ll work closely with people at some of their most pivotal moments, offering guidance, delivering evidence-based interventions, and providing a human connection that empowers individuals to take positive steps toward recovery.

As a Health and Wellbeing Nurse, you will join a vibrant body of clinicians across Via's wider national workforce, with regular meetings for peer support, case discussion, and continuing professional development. This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.

Experience
Experience working in a clinical or health and wellbeing setting is desirable. Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and work compassionately with individuals affected by alcohol and drug use.

Compassionate with excellent communication skills. Able to stay calm under pressure. A good listener who stays curious and is motivated to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications
Relevant nursing qualifications required to practice as a Health and Wellbeing Nurse. Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in Via’s national clinician network.
