If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Homeownership Compliance Specialist at Peabody! You will be at the forefront of providing essential homeowner products and services to our residents, delivering expert guidance on homeowner agreements, processes, and products while ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices and relevant legislation. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records for leaseholders, shared owners, and freeholders, contributing to the smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, practical advice to residents on homeowner products and agreements.
- Handle lease-related transactions including subletting and re-mortgaging with precision and care.
- Manage Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, and other home purchase applications.
- Support enforcement of lease terms, ensuring compliance and minimising risk.
- Work closely with external partners to maintain Peabody’s reputation.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience delivering specialist homeowner services within a social housing context.
A track record of delivering excellent performance and customer service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide expert advice and build positive relationships.
