About the Role
As a Host at Ennismore Careers, you will provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a warm Hox welcome to handling any questions and assisting with requests. You will take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments, and occasionally support the team on the floor. Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing solutions is key to ensuring that expectations are not only met but exceeded, creating a positive and lasting impression.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in a busy Front of House role is essential; you genuinely care about making people feel welcome and looked after.
