We have seven key leadership positions available, each offering the chance to drive positive change and improve the lives of our residents. We have various positions available in our Housing Leadership Team. The overviews and requirements are shown below. Role Overview: Lead and oversee the allocation of housing and manage temporary accommodation services, assisting households in transitioning from temporary to secure permanent accommodation. Requirements: Extensive experience in housing allocations and accommodation management, strong policy development skills, and a commitment to equitable service delivery. Role Overview: Lead the development and implementation of innovative housing solutions to address homelessness and housing challenges. Requirements: Strong background in housing solutions and homelessness prevention, excellent project management skills, and a strategic mindset. Role Overview: Oversee the management and investment of housing assets, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the housing portfolio. Requirements: Experience in asset management and capital investments, strong financial and project management skills, and a focus on sustainability. Role Overview: Ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards, promoting safety and quality in housing services. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of housing regulations and compliance, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Role Overview: Lead the repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely and effective maintenance of housing properties. Requirements: Extensive experience in housing repairs and maintenance, strong operational management skills, and a commitment to quality service. Role Overview: Lead the customer experience and assurance service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints and providing assurance of service delivery. Requirements: Extensive experience in a customer oriented service, strong customer experience skills, and a commitment to quality service. Why Join Us?
