Role Overview: Oversee the management and investment of housing assets, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the housing portfolio. Requirements: Experience in asset management and capital investments, strong financial and project management skills, and a focus on sustainability. Role Overview: Ensure compliance with housing regulations and standards, promoting safety and quality in housing services. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of housing regulations and compliance, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Role Overview: Lead the repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely and effective maintenance of housing properties. Requirements: Extensive experience in housing repairs and maintenance, strong operational management skills, and a commitment to quality service. Role Overview: Lead the customer experience and assurance service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints and providing assurance of service delivery.
