Hob Title: Housing Operations Manager Salary: £54,881 This is a full-time fixed-term/secondment role for 6 months. Location: Stockwell Hybrid working available (Minimum of two days a week in the office) As the Housing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of excellent housing services to MTVH customers across a large geographic area. You will be accountable for MTVH’s multi-tenure services within the area, acting as locality manager and building effective relationships with key stakeholders. You will support the Head of Housing Services in delivering comprehensive housing management services including tenancy management, lettings management, estate services, anti-social behaviour, fraud investigations, complaints resolution, resident engagement, fire non-technical housing checks and promote and realise the MTVH Vision in all activities and services. By leading and motivating a team of high performing Local Housing Managers and Tenancy Enforcement Leads you will be ambitious for your customers and delivering a commercial service that is sustainable. What you'll need to succeed: While a good working knowledge of Housing Practice, Housing Law and the principles of service charge management is essential, to really succeed it is your values and passion that will differentiate you. The nature of this role means that the post holder will be regularly involved in activities with vulnerable adults who receive social care.
