HR Business Partner


Location
Laurence House, Catford Road, London, SE6 4RU. Hybrid working arrangement with a mix of office and home working on a regular basis.
Hours
Full time. Out of hours working may be occasionally required.
Salary
£52,269 - £54,360 per annum (PO4). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.

As an HR Business Partner, you will join a high-performing Business Partnering team, working closely with leaders and managers across the Council to deliver proactive, strategic, and operational HR support. You will play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance, supporting workforce transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering positive outcomes for our people and communities.
The role offers the opportunity to lead on complex people matters including organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.

Experience
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or within a senior HR advisory role.
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Qualifications
CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 desirable) or equivalent experience.
