You will be based at either Beeston, Nottingham or Farringdon, London. Regular travel to each of our offices will be required. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract/secondment to support specific projects. We offer flexible hybrid-working (2 days at home and 3 days in the office) This role: As a HR/People Project Manager in our People Team you will be an experienced technical escalation point for our People Advisors and Assistants in relation to key projects. Overseeing the successful implementation of various people-related projects with a particular focus on implementation of a new target operating model with TUPE implications focusing on Care and Support Strategic plan. This role will require you to use your collaboration skills and find solutions to complex ER related issues i.e. change management and TUPE related You will have the chance to work closely with the ER Manager to enhance project related ER capability amongst line managers and People Team through knowledge building, coaching and the development of effective tools and guidelines What you'll need to succeed: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience and TUPE implications/legislation HR qualification including membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification Ability to handle complex situations with confidence and taking ownership. Proactively run and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by the organisation. Previous experience of full project life cycle experience with complex stakeholder engagement (end to end process) Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to identify and manage high workloads often with competing deadlines, including the required outputs. In-depth proven knowledge of the underlying principles and practice of people management and employment law. Proven experience of managing ET/ ACAS Cases start to completion, including dealing with 3rd party legal providers and trade unions Proven ability to apply judgment to make sound recommendations and decisions. Display high level of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity and accountability You will be creative, empathetic, enthusiastic, a true team player and willing to travel to all MTVH offices where required.
