About the Role
Nomura is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Analyst to join the Trading Wind Down (TWD) programme on a 6-month contract basis. This role focuses on the Regulatory Disposal workstream across global regions and supports the Lead Project Manager and Business Analyst in delivering project milestones. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards within defined timelines and budget constraints. With delivery in its final stages and a March 2027 go-live, responsibilities will also include supporting Business Analyst activities such as data analysis, testing, and finalizing documentation for BAU transition. This role requires a fast learner and self-starter comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and contributing effectively from the outset.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven project delivery experience, preferably with exposure to Recovery and Resolution Planning and Trading Wind Down.
- Experience in generating Business Requirements Documents and other project documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Experience preparing committee packs, UAT planning, and delivering regular progress reports.
- Knowledge of Front Office products and processes is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
