As an Investments Data Operations Specialist, you will thrive in dynamic settings, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining composure and focus under pressure. You will partner with Front Office, Trade Management, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate trade processing related to security master data. Your responsibilities include validating trade processing, overseeing onboarding and maintenance of security master data, verifying asset records against market data sources, and refining operational policies and procedures. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance automation and deepen understanding of data points, facilitate broker setups and client fund updates, and maintain commission rules as directed. Experience
1–3 years in financial services focusing on data management and quality
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining clarity and focus

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and compliance
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desire to learn and grow technical knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams), JIRA, and Confluence is desirable
Experience with Excel macros/VBA, and exposure to Charles River, Markit EDM, Bloomberg, SQL, and Power BI is a plus
Understanding of regulatory obligations and adherence to firm policies is expected
