About the Role
Join our Accounts Payable Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and be part of a busy, friendly, and supportive environment. As an Invoice Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include processing high volumes of invoices quickly and accurately, responding professionally to supplier and colleague queries, supporting the Accounts Payable team to meet deadlines, and working closely with your Senior Invoice Clerk and the wider Finance team. Requirements

Experience
- Experience working with high volumes of invoice processing
- Previous experience using accounting software

- Good numerical and reconciliation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- IT literacy in MS Office, including Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to plan your work schedule
