About the Role
The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, one of the world’s leading conservatoires and drama schools, is seeking an experienced and motivated Jazz Programming and Jazz Ensemble Manager. The Music Administration Department, known for its efficiency and service delivery, is responsible for the organisational management and administration of the Music Department.
The successful candidate will manage all administrative responsibilities related to Guildhall School Jazz ensemble performances, ranging from small combo groups to large-scale Jazz Orchestra. This includes comprehensive management and organisation of the growing inventory of specialist jazz instruments and equipment, including arranging maintenance.
This role requires a highly organised, motivated, and articulate individual with an innovative approach to problem solving and substantial experience in jazz concert planning. Experience
Previous performance management experience in a conservatoire or performing arts establishment is essential. Substantial experience in jazz concert planning is required.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines, are required to manage the demands of this role.
