About the Role
The City of London Corporation is seeking an Estate Services Coordinator to support the effective delivery of estate services across its housing estates. This key operational support role ensures services are well organised, performance is monitored, and residents benefit from safe, clean, and well-maintained environments. Working closely with the Estate Services Manager, you will monitor and support operational systems including caretaking and inspection processes, helping colleagues use them consistently and accurately. You will produce regular performance reports, monitor inspection completion, assign and follow up actions, and escalate delays or concerns as necessary. The role involves research, data gathering, and analysis to support service improvement and management reporting. Administrative responsibilities include preparing and circulating printed and digital materials, ordering stock, raising and receipting purchase orders, and attending regular meetings. You will organise and prioritise your workload, support colleagues to meet deadlines, and provide a reliable, responsive, and customer-focused service. This fixed term role for 2 years offers a hybrid workplace arrangement.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience maintaining accurate records, managing workloads, and working within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators is essential. Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting, spreadsheet management, and data manipulation is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

About you
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills are essential. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong digital and ICT skills. Knowledge of relevant estate services legislation and regulations, including health and safety, fire safety, and COSHH, is required. You must be reliable, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands effectively.

Qualifications
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and requires a Basic Disclosure & Barring Service check. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is expected.
