About the Role
We are seeking a Projects Standards and Capabilities Manager to lead the development of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) standards, training, and best practice across the organisation. You will play a key role in building project management capability, managing our Project Management Academy, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of P3M standards, tools, and frameworks.
- Designing and delivering learning and development programmes for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Managing the Project Management Academy and external training providers.
- Building and leading a P3M community of practice.
- Coaching and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Driving portfolio management maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience
- Significant experience developing and embedding project, programme, and portfolio management frameworks.
- Experience establishing or supporting a PMO/PPM Centre of Excellence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering training and capability development programmes.

You will be a confident leader and communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. You are passionate about continuous improvement and building organisational capability through effective project, programme, and portfolio management practices.

Qualifications
Professional project or programme management qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM, or equivalent experience are required.
