About the Role
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for people data, HR systems, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to join our People & HR Department to provide expertise in SAP modules and ensure SAP enables the department to deliver a world-class service.
In this role, you will manage and develop our HR Information Systems, supporting the embedding and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors. You will work across systems to identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and maximise the benefits of our workforce technology landscape.
You will also support the department's Access to Information (AIN) representative, promoting transparency and compliance with data-related policies and legislative requirements.
Key responsibilities include supporting the optimisation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce systems, managing workforce data and reporting across SAP SuccessFactors and legacy systems during transition, leading system and data-related projects, promoting data integrity and governance, providing advice on reporting and process improvement, managing system configuration and security roles, delivering first-line technical support and training, and sharing best practices in workforce systems and digital HR services.

Experience
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- SFX Accreditation in multiple modules (desirable)
- Experience with iTrent and Business Intelligence 4 (BI4) reporting (desirable)
- System administration, data security, integration, and training delivery experience
- Strong analytical, numerical, and data visualisation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
