About the Role
We are recruiting a Lead Performance Analyst to join Justice Digital, Data and Science within the Delivery Governance Office. This role is pivotal in leading the development of performance measurement and analysis across the Accessibility Team, helping to understand accessibility compliance and the impact of services provided. You will create frameworks, measures and management information to transform complex accessibility data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and service teams.

You will analyse audit findings and accessibility compliance to identify trends and recurring issues, measure demand, reach and impact across services such as consultancy, training and the Accessibility Champions Network. Your insights will guide where support and intervention are most needed, enabling improvements in accessibility outcomes across Justice Digital, Data and Science.

Additionally, you will lead the development of automated data collection, processing and reporting solutions to improve data quality and reduce manual effort. Working closely with the Head of Digital Accessibility, you will develop meaningful OKRs and KPIs to ensure the team has the evidence needed to demonstrate impact and continuously improve.

This role aligns with the Lead Performance Analyst role from the Government Digital and Data Framework.

Requirements

Experience
- Improving performance reporting and analytical approaches, including enhancing the quality and reliability of performance data.
- Using performance insight to support teams in understanding and improving their performance.
- Developing performance frameworks and measures that support evidence-based decision-making.
- Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insight and recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement from complex data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including providing professional advice and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders.

About you
Enthusiastic and motivated to lead performance measurement strategies within a collaborative digital environment. Able to communicate complex data clearly and work effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams. Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance.
