About the Role
Join the Ministry of Justice's Justice Digital, Data and Science team as a Recruitment Operations Advisor within a warm and collaborative Recruitment Operations team. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality onboarding and induction experience for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their induction journey.
Working within a collaborative squad model, you will support recruiters and stakeholders by managing onboarding and induction processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing responsive communication. You will contribute to a seamless candidate experience and support continuous improvement across recruitment operations.

Experience
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and induction processes, building effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external providers to deliver a positive and efficient experience.
- Using a range of systems and applications such as HR platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and spreadsheets.
- Prioritising work and managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent service and shared objectives.

Qualifications
