About the Role
We are recruiting a Recruitment Operations Manager to join the warm and collaborative Recruitment Operations team at Justice Digital, Data and Science. This role is key to delivering a high-quality onboarding and induction experience for new employees, designing, implementing, and continuously improving induction programmes that help new hires feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed.
The postholder will ensure onboarding and induction processes align with organisational goals and culture, manage Recruitment Operations Advisors, and contribute to fostering a culture of belonging, engagement, and high performance.
This position offers the opportunity to shape how talent is welcomed into Justice Digital, Data & Science and make a meaningful impact on employee experience from day one. It is ideal for candidates ready to step into a management role.
The team can onboard up to 200+ people simultaneously, with induction usually completed remotely due to multiple locations.

Requirements

Experience
- Leading improvements to onboarding and induction processes balancing candidate experience, operational efficiency, and stakeholder needs across multiple onboarding pathways
- Organising change and improvement projects with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills and delivering innovative solutions using various digital tools
- Providing daily support to colleagues in a remotely based team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisational levels
- Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance

Enthusiastic about improving employee onboarding experiences, able to manage complex projects, and comfortable leading a team remotely. You are a strong communicator, creative problem solver, and committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant experience in recruitment operations, onboarding, or related fields is essential. A positive attitude and readiness to step into a management role are important.
