Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Job Type: Full-Time Fixed-Term
Location: Nottingham/London
Salary: See ranges below dependent on experience
Nottingham: £47,351 - £49,843
London: £52,612 - £55,381
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join the team on an interim basis until 30th April 2025.
You will work closely with the L&OD team, wider People Team and stakeholders from across MTVH to identify solutions to close key capability gaps across the organisation, creating solutions which are fit for our culture and our people.You will play an integral role in delivering the L&OD plan, leading on our Management Development Programme, Pathfinder performance management processes and induction for our mangers.
You will need to have proven experience in an L&D Manager role (or similar), including designing and delivering learning solutions and programmes, running training needs analysis and managing performance processes. Strong stakeholder management skills are a must for this role, as well as outstanding facilitation skills and attention to detail.
