You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including lawyers, partners, legal tech advisors, business development, and other internal stakeholders to deliver excellent legal advice and successfully conclude matters.
You will support partners on complex matters, driving and implementing outstanding project management. Responsibilities include preparing project initiation documentation, tracking progress, dissecting problems with analytical approaches, influencing stakeholders, managing planning and execution, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring budgets, advising on legal technology tools, delegating tasks to Legal Project Analysts, delivering presentations and workshops, and representing Clifford Chance directly with clients, including working from client sites as required.

Experience
Background in project management or legal operations, ideally within professional services or complex matrix environments, or experience as a lawyer with matter management exposure. Project management qualifications or industry certifications are desirable but not essential, as support for obtaining these is provided.
About you

You should be able to develop sustainable relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and demonstrate influencing skills to deliver business objectives. Adaptability, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to senior stakeholders, are key.
You will be proactive in identifying issues and pragmatic in providing solutions, comfortable working across multiple projects and teams, and able to work independently when required.
