About the Role
As a Linen Porter, you will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they consistently meet brand standards and are well presented and maintained. You will report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors through KnowCross. Your role includes overseeing the daily delivery and collection of linen and terry, stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and maintaining cleanliness and order in these storage areas. You will ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times and assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required. Adherence to all Health and Safety standards is essential, including correct handling of cleaning materials in line with COSHH regulations. You will attend all required training sessions and maintain a positive, friendly attitude while providing the highest level of customer care and a responsive, helpful service to guests.
