About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator within Burberry’s Global Primary Transportation team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, visibility and efficiency of inbound transportation operations across our global network. You will work closely with carriers, internal stakeholders and technology teams to maintain high-quality shipment data, improve forecasting capabilities and support continuous process improvements that enable exceptional customer fulfilment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and help shape smarter, more connected logistics processes that support Burberry’s commitment to sustainable luxury and industry innovation.

Experience
Experience within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain operations or a related environment is essential. Strong understanding of shipping processes, import/export activities and transportation documentation is required. Confidence working with data and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous.

You have excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills are important, with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams and external partners. You are curious, proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
