About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator at Costain Group, you will operate the logistics system to deliver our teams' requirements to construction sites efficiently and accurately. You will manage site and gate capacities based on planning forecasts, ensuring smooth logistics operations. Collaboration with site teams and suppliers is essential to maintain compliance with company, vehicle, driver, and system standards. You will provide early warning notifications for any non-conformance and meet response times for all queries, including managing the logistics email inbox. This role requires active promotion of Health and Safety, adherence to logistics processes, production of KPI reports, and non-conformance management to support continuous improvement. You will play a key role in organizing and supporting all logistics coordinator activities within the business.

Experience
- Experience working with construction sites, suppliers, and drivers
- Proven experience in construction site logistics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
