About the Role
Join the Special Projects and Sustainability Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Maintenance Coordinator. This permanent and fixed-term role (until 31st October 2026) offers the opportunity to provide vital administrative support to the Special Projects and Sustainability teams. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers and stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases, Plentific repairs, Minor works, and Surveyor referrals. Reporting to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, you will work alongside Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios, playing an essential role in delivering our repairs and maintenance service.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with multiple departments across L&Q, utilising prioritisation and time management techniques to meet deadlines effectively.

Experience
Proven experience in repairs and maintenance coordination or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
