About the Role
Salesforce, the world’s #1 AI CRM, is seeking a Manager for Deal Strategy & Execution within the EMEA Public Sector Business Unit. This role partners closely with Public Sector Sales and Support teams to drive faster, smarter, and larger deals by orchestrating complex deal flows across autonomous agents and human stakeholders both internally and externally with local governments. The Manager will bridge the gap between local government requirements and Salesforce’s internal processes, determine appropriate deal strategies and product solutions, and help scale the Deal Strategy & Execution function across EMEA.

The ideal candidate is a talented, hardworking individual with strong leadership, initiative, and energy to support all aspects of the deal response cycle in the public sector. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of public sector procurement processes. The Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales Leaders, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Legal to remove obstacles and enable Account Executives to execute deals efficiently.

Success in this role will be measured by your contributions to Salesforce’s transparent goal-setting system (V2MOM), innovation, and collaboration within our Ohana culture. You will be part of one of the fastest growing divisions at Salesforce, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities
