About the Role
Are you based in or around Central London and looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking an experienced MER Response Driver to join our team at Arcus FM. In this role, you will work closely with the MER engineering teams and supply chain to deliver a best-in-class delivery and support service to the London engineering team.

Your key responsibility will be to ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining excellent customer service. You will keep accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, quantities, and any issues encountered.

We value autonomy and strong communication skills, so you will be expected to work independently and effectively communicate all operational refrigeration issues within your region. This role offers the opportunity to gain qualifications and experience in other areas of the business, with a strong focus on career development and internal promotion.

Experience
Experience working within Facilities Management or Construction is essential. Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver excellent customer service is required.

You will be customer service driven, enjoy working in a people-focused environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be eager to learn and able to work autonomously while supporting the engineering teams and supply chain.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds qualification in a related engineering discipline (M&E or Refrigeration)
- Recognised Apprenticeship in engineering services maintenance
- A full valid UK driving licence

Desirable qualifications include:
- F-Gas Cat 1 or 18th Edition
- Gas Safe certification
- CSCS card
- CO2 qualification
