Location
Based in or around North London or Hertfordshire, with travel across these locations.

Hours
45 hours per week, with 2 hours banked towards one weekend on-call every 7 weeks. Effectively 43 hours per week on weekdays. On-call 1 week in 7. Overtime available.

Salary
£36,469 per annum
Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.

About the Role
As a Refrigeration Fabric Engineer, you will carry out fabrication repairs of refrigeration equipment across various client stores. This includes cold rooms, shop floor cabinets, integral doors, furniture, and fittings. You will be responsible for completing your job list within agreed service levels and timescales, often working independently but occasionally as part of a small team. Meeting high standards of workmanship and adhering to all Arcus and client health and safety procedures is essential. You will build relationships across stores and manage challenging situations such as urgent repairs during peak periods. Support will be provided for using the company computer system, and you will have access to a private van and specialist tools needed for the role. Experience
Proven experience in installation and repair of cold rooms and refrigeration cabinets.
Experience in basic electrical repairs and replacement of trim heaters and defrost heaters.

Qualifications
NICEIC Accessory Course qualification required.
