About the Role
We are seeking an organised and commercially aware Merchandiser / Junior Merchandiser to join the Children's Shoes team at Kurt Geiger. You will be responsible for delivering success in the concession spaces we operate within department store partners. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their merchandising career within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, forecasting, and trading of Luxury & Premium Branded product ranges to maximise sales and profit. You will review weekly sales, stock, and intake performance to identify risks and opportunities, and forecast at department, brand, and line level to manage stock effectively, ensuring optimal availability while minimising markdown and overstock.

You will own key metrics such as sell-through, margin, and stock turn, working closely with Buying, Planning, Retail, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product flow. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for re-buys, cancellations, and RTVs, propose markdown and promotional activities to optimise stock clearance, maintain accurate data within systems and reports, assist in preparing trade packs and performance summaries for senior stakeholders, and confidently present mid-season reviews and future season planning summaries.

Experience
Currently operating as either a Merchandiser, Junior Merchandiser, or experienced Assistant Merchandiser.

Qualifications
