Enfield, London, covering North London, Essex and surrounding areas.

Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional out-of-hours work paid at enhanced overtime rates.

£39,135 per annum

Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson looking for your next challenge? Join Arcus FM as a Minor Works Technician within our growing Field Operations team. This hands-on role involves taking ownership of varied minor works projects including groundworks, civils, drainage, tarmacking, painting, decorating, plastering, carpentry, bricklaying, fencing, plumbing, and roof repairs. You will be responsible for scoping, quoting, and delivering additional contract works, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Building strong client relationships and identifying future opportunities will be key to your success. You will work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.

Experience
Proven multi-trade experience across plastering, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying or similar disciplines.
Solid understanding of general construction principles.

Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence required.
