About the Role
Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Arcus FM is recruiting a dedicated Senior Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team. You will ensure the mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure of our site-based client in North West London is well-maintained, compliant, and responsive to operational needs.

In this role, you will support and work alongside onsite Multi Skilled Shift Engineers to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services across the client portfolio using CAFM systems and handheld devices. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, safety, and efficiency in all engineering operations while upholding high standards aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities include executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara, responding promptly to building alarms, managing reactive maintenance tasks to meet SLA targets, closing out PPMs with timely remedial actions, liaising with supervisors and service teams, coordinating subcontractors, providing shift cover, participating in minor projects, maintaining 100% compliance, adhering to permit to work processes, ordering materials, and being part of the out-of-hours call-out rota for priority works. You will also aim to provide first-time fixes for engineering and fabric requests wherever practicable.

Experience
Minimum 3 years time-served experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines.
Proven ability to work effectively within a shift team and manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
Essential:
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline

Desirable:
- City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2
- 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IPAF / PASMA certification within last 3 years
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person
- Full UK Driving Licence
