40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays
5 days on, 2 days off - rotating shift pattern
On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks

Salary
Up to £40,290 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
Arcus FM are recruiting a Resident M&E Engineer to join our dedicated on-site team at our client's facility in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a technically varied, customer-facing role. As the Resident Engineer, you will be the first point of contact on-site, responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general building services support.

Key tasks include:
- Emergency lighting and lamp changes
- Electrical and fire alarm testing
- Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical)
- Minor plumbing and fabric maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Delivering excellent service to clients

You will work independently with the support of a wider team to help ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant facility.

Experience
- Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role
- 18th Edition or HVAC experience

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- F-Gas qualification
- IOSH Working Safely
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
