About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Drainage Engineer to join our team covering South West London and surrounding areas. The main purpose of this role is to carry out planned and reactive drainage tasks safely and to a high standard. You will provide a first line response to all emergencies during normal working hours and deliver an out-of-hours service when on call to ensure our customers can continue trading without disruption. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults and failures with drainage equipment and systems, providing effective solutions, and escalating issues when necessary. Compliance with health and safety requirements and adherence to best working practices is essential. You will also sponsor and complete drainage surveys and technical reports, sharing key data with relevant personnel. As a Brand Ambassador for Arcus, you will maintain a professional appearance, uphold the dress code, and keep your vehicle in good condition. Supporting colleagues through training and upskilling apprentices is also a key part of this role.

Experience
Understanding of commercial drainage systems, ideally gained within a retail environment. Experience working unsupervised in a fast-paced environment dealing with store teams and members of the public is essential.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence (essential). CSCS card (desirable). High pressure water jetting qualification (desirable). Confined space certification (desirable).
