Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson looking for your next challenge? At Arcus FM, we are seeking a dedicated Minor Works Technician to join our expanding Field Operations team. This hands-on role involves taking ownership of varied minor works projects across North London and nearby locations. You will be responsible for scoping, quoting, and delivering additional contract works, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key duties include delivering a range of minor works such as groundworks, civils, drainage, tarmacking, painting, decorating, plastering, carpentry, bricklaying, fencing, plumbing, and roof repairs. You will build strong client relationships, identify future opportunities, and play a vital role in delivering high-quality building and repair works.

Experience
Proven experience across multiple trades including plastering, plumbing, carpentry, and bricklaying
Solid understanding of general construction principles

Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence required
Recognised NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade discipline is desirable
