About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a Night Shift Water Leak Technician on a permanent basis to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework within client stores. You will be responsible for providing a first line response to water leaks, identifying the source, repairing and replacing faulty pipework and components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate. You will diagnose faults and failures effectively, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

You will ensure all jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meet relevant KPIs, and comply with Arcus Health & Safety procedures as well as client site requirements. Planning routes and managing daily workload is essential, including prioritizing aged work orders and maintaining a first-time fix work ethic.

As part of the role, you will be provided with a van (with option for personal use from day one), fuel card, smartphone, tools, uniform, and PPE. You will also be eligible for up to a 4% discretionary bonus scheme subject to target achievement and receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Experience
- Experience in water leak or drainage works is advantageous
- Basic plumbing experience or knowledge
- Basic electrical knowledge is desired but not essential
- Other trade or industry qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential

Qualifications
