40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays
5 days on, 2 days off - rotating shift pattern
On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks

Up to £36,631 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Mobile M&E Engineer to join our mobile team, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi-site clients within a dedicated region. You will act as the first point of contact for maintenance across your own portfolio of sites, taking ownership of both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and responsive repair work. This field-based role requires autonomy, initiative, and excellent customer service skills.

Typical duties include:
- Emergency lighting and lamp changes
- Electrical and fire alarm testing
- Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical)
- Minor plumbing and fabric maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Delivering excellent service to clients

Experience
- Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role
- 18th Edition or HVAC experience essential
- Experience delivering planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is desirable
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience is desirable

Qualifications
- 18th Edition or HVAC qualification essential
