Full Time, field-based role with on-call duty (1 in 4 weeks)
Salary
£35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience
Additional £3,000 per annum location allowance
Full door-to-door pay
Up to 4% bonus
All overtime paid at time-and-a-half

About the Role
Join a leading Facilities Management team as a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer. You will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is essential. You will provide technical support and expertise across multiple sites, liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service, and support and mentor apprentices and junior engineers. Experience
Previous experience in a similar M&E engineering role is required, with retail or commercial experience preferred.
About you
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You must be IT proficient and able to manage your workload effectively. A valid UK driving licence is essential due to travel between client sites.
Qualifications
Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance is required.
Essential: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Desirable: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented qualifications.
