About the Role
As a Refrigeration Fabric Engineer, you will carry out fabrication repairs of refrigeration equipment across various client stores. This includes working on cold rooms, shop floor cabinets, integral doors, furniture, and fittings to an agreed service level. You will be responsible for adhering to all Arcus and client health and safety procedures, ensuring safe and high-quality workmanship at all times.

You will manage your workload efficiently to complete your job list within pre-set timescales, often working independently but occasionally as part of a small team of Fabric Engineers. The role requires pride in your work and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Experience
- Proven experience in refrigeration engineering or fabric repairs.
- Experience of installation and repair of cold rooms and cabinets.
- Basic electrical repair skills including replacement of trim heaters and defrost heaters.

- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within SLA.
- Easy-going nature with good interpersonal skills to develop relationships across multiple client sites.
- Commitment to health and safety compliance.
- Full valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
- NICEIC Accessory Course or equivalent qualification related to refrigeration fabric engineering.
