Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Salary
£35,951 to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience, plus £1,300 ECU allowance*
About the Role
Join our North West London Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and play a key role in delivering an excellent service for residents. This permanent role involves supporting the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service, improving resident satisfaction and building trust. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in your patch, which covers approximately 500–600 homes aligned with local authority areas. The role requires hybrid working with 20% to 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office at Acton Gardens.
You will be responsible for ensuring residents have a home they are happy in, managing complex workloads, and engaging with a diverse customer base. Experience
Proven track record of building strong relationships with people and effective communication with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar housing or customer-focused role is essential.
