£24,653 to £27,017 per annum (London weighted salary, pro rata FTE £35,951 – £39,531) plus ECU allowance*

About the Role
Join our South East and Kent Neighbourhood Team at London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and play a key role in delivering an excellent service for residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is passionate about making a positive impact.
In this role, you will support the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents. You will be instrumental in improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have homes they are happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents within your patch, which will cover approximately 500 – 600 homes aligned with local authority areas.

Experience
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and residents
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage a complex workload and meet important deadlines
- Stakeholder management experience and ability to engage with a diverse customer base
