Full Time - flexible working with a hybrid model, spending most of the week out in the neighbourhood.

About the Role

As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will be the face of Peabody in your designated neighbourhood, supporting residents with tenancy management, wellbeing, and community safety. You will work closely with residents, internal teams, and external partners to build safe, inclusive, and vibrant neighbourhoods. Your role will involve welcoming new tenants, attending Residents’ Association meetings, inspecting estates with colleagues, and supporting vulnerable residents. You will be the single point of contact for customers in your area, managing complaints, lettings, and community safety, while creating and delivering costed Neighbourhood Plans to improve satisfaction and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and continuous service improvement, ensuring accessibility, quality, and value for money.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in housing management and preferably within the social housing sector.
- Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management and enforcement, with experience of safeguarding.

Qualifications
- Prepared to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Housing Management if not already held.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

- Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided.
