We are a Ministry of Justice business who provides critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for an Insight and Support Lead with any combination of: Analytical and inquisitive mind-set and the ability to identify key trends and insights from multiple datasets. Experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience in the operational environment preferably within facilities management. Stakeholder management experience. Confidence in working both independently, showing initiative, and as part of a team in pursuit of shared objectives. Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite or similar software packages, especially as an advanced user of Excel Working knowledge of Planet FM, CEMAR, Track Record, Opus, Eco Online and Oracle.
