About the Role
As Operations Policy Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation and review of all operational policies and procedures within the Customer Services Directorate. You will play an essential role in ensuring that policies and procedures go through proper scrutiny channels and meet our own internal standards as well as regulatory and legislative expectations. Using project management methodology, you will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, frontline teams, and subject matter experts to deliver clear, easy-to-understand guidance for colleagues. You will work closely with the Corporate Policy Team and the Customer Voice Team, providing advice and guidance on the policy creation/review process and sector best practice.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in a frontline operational role and good sector knowledge and understanding are a must.

About you
You will need excellent IT skills, particularly in using the Microsoft Office suite, strong project management skills, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously, so excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload appropriately are essential.

Qualifications
A project management qualification will be a significant advantage.
