The specialist will develop broad knowledge of financial instruments, policies, and business practices while facilitating issuance portfolio and issuer relationship management as needed. Key responsibilities include promptly escalating and researching discrepancies, interacting with issuers, investors, and intermediaries, and providing professional and timely resolution of inquiries for internal and external clients. The role requires flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and new challenges, auditing entries submitted by the Ratings Operations Specialist II, participating in reviews of debt releases and Standard Operating Procedures, and contributing to ad hoc special projects. The team works closely with analysts, issuers, investors, and market participants to ensure efficient rating operations and high-quality service delivery.
