About the Role
We are offering an exciting six-month trainee Performance Officer position within the Learning Disabilities Team of Sutton’s Adult Social Care service. The role supports the goal of enabling adults to live as independently as possible. You will assist with planning and coordinating reviews of people attending local day opportunities, ensuring they receive appropriate support to lead meaningful and active lives.
Your key duties will include:
- Planning and coordination of reviews
- Tracking and reporting review outcomes
- Data management in collaboration with the social work team to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Identifying services that meet individuals’ needs in a strength-based way
- Working with external partners to coordinate support services and resources
As a Business Support Officer, your role is vital in promoting the wellbeing of individuals in adult social care by ensuring reviews are effective, data is accurate, and communication is clear. Your contribution will help improve the quality of care and support available in the community.

Experience
- Proven experience in a business support role, preferably within health and social care
- Relevant experience working with people, families, or carers with care and support needs
- Knowledge of social care legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
