About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior Executives within Wholesale, Merchandising, Real Estate & Construction. This fast-paced role involves managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meetings and acting as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders. You will play a vital role in enabling Executives to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities include diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, maintaining filing systems, supporting IT and facilities queries, and contributing to wider team activities such as Town Halls and engagement events.
Experience
Previous experience supporting senior leaders at Director, VP or Executive level as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential.
About you
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and ideally Concur. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. Able to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proactive, adaptable and confident in taking initiative. Calm under pressure with the ability to reprioritise workloads and respond to changing business needs. Reliable, flexible and collaborative, willing to support colleagues and provide cover across the Executive Administration team when required.
