We are currently seeking Principal Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team within the Energy sector. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team enables clients to successfully implement bold solutions and solve their most pressing problems.

Our Advisory team is recognised for the quality of its people and expertise across core consulting disciplines including Procurement & Supply Chain, Capital Programmes, Investment, Asset Strategy, Sustainability, People & Change, and Digital Transformation, as well as industries such as Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and Real Estate & Development.

In this role, you will apply strong intellect and persuasive communication skills to articulate complex ideas and demonstrate innovative, creative solutions that deliver lasting client impact. All programmes are connected with the impact of built assets on organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include visioning and strategy development, diagnostic organisation assessments and planning, solution design and implementation, stakeholder management and engagement, benefits articulation and realisation, and delivering an exceptional client experience from project mobilisation through to handover. You will also manage workstream resources, support people care and capability development, contribute to a high-performing inclusive culture, actively participate in your core capability community of practice, and support propositions, pursuits, and sales.

Experience
Proven expertise in one or more core consulting disciplines or industries relevant to Business Advisory, particularly within Energy. Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and deliver innovative, creative solutions that drive lasting client impact.

Qualifications
