As Product Manager for Capital, you will own the international business, product suite, and roadmap. Capital is rapidly expanding across multiple countries with strong year-over-year growth. You will act as the "mini-GM" of the Capital International business, leading a cross-functional team across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and more to build a best-in-class lending platform.

Your success will be measured by your ability to operate and build financing products that meet user needs and grow our reach across countries and users globally.

Experience
5+ years of product management experience within technical domains.
Experience launching and scaling fintech products is a plus.

Qualifications

Ability to lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch user-facing products.
Comfortable being the voice of the user and subject matter expert on financing needs.
