About the Role
The Production Co-ordinator, working alongside the Production Manager, is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Broadcast Studios and Film Team. This fast-paced, primarily office-based role involves managing a wide range of daily tasks across multiple concurrent projects. You will oversee production workflows, budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation. Key responsibilities include pre- and post-production communication, scheduling shoots and edits, coordinating visa applications and permits, managing post-production timelines, and handling production finance including budgeting, cost reporting, and supplier payments. You will also assist on video shoots and live events as needed, research and book external resources, onboard freelance crew, and liaise with internal teams and external partners. Flexibility, organisation, and the ability to improve existing processes are essential for success in this role.

Experience
Understanding of TV, video, and film production is required, though extensive years of experience are not essential. Experience in managing production workflows, budgets, and coordinating multiple projects is highly desirable.

You are organised, able to manage competing priorities, and keen to improve existing processes. Flexibility and the ability to stand firm when necessary are important. Qualifications
There are no specific qualification requirements stated; however, a background or education related to production coordination, media, or project management would be advantageous.
